- All prices, kits and kit contents are subject to change without notice.
- A delivery position for a Cruise Aircraft CA-HAWK AULA ready to fly or a kit can be secured with a deposit. Upon receiving a deposit, a serial number and a delivery date will be issued to the customer. Subsequent payments will be required at the time of ordering the engine, instruments and accessories. Balance is due 3 weeks prior to delivery.
- Some items have associated lead times. Please call us for availability and to confirm pricing. All prices are FOB Cruise Aircraft manufacturing facility.
- All orders must be prepaid by checks, money order or bank electronic fund transfer.
- Additional charges may be incurred if the dealer has to travel to conduct SOC inspections.
- Painting, Crating, shipping and handling, shipment insurance expenses, customs brokerage fees are not included in the prices listed.
- All returned merchandise is subject to a ten percent (10%) restocking charge and must be returned in "as new" condition.
Insurance and warranty
By placing an order for a Cruise Aircraft product, the purchaser agrees to and is bound by the Cruise Aircraft Terms and Conditions.
Cruise Aircraft carries NO LIABILITY INSURANCE. The purchaser shall obtain coverage against risks of damage and loss from time of delivery and against any other risk for which purchaser or Cruise Aircraft may be liable as a result of the design, manufacturing, ownership, possession or use of Cruise Aircraft products, and expressly relieves Cruise Aircraft from any liability in respect, whether due to the fact, or omission, or negligence of Cruise Aircraft, Cruise Aircraft Dealers, Affiliates, and/or purchaser. Insofar as permitted by law, purchaser expressly waives any warranty, whether legal, statutory or contractual, other than specifically provided hereunder, and acknowledges that the warranties provided hereunder are in lieu of any other, including warranties for merchantability and fitness for any particular use or purpose.
Cruise Aircraft aircraft are experimental aircraft, which have not been certified to Far Part 23 or other design standards. Cruise Aircraft does not provide a warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in regard to the aircraft design. Should any part of the aircraft design prove defective, the purchaser will be liable for the entire cost of servicing, repair or correction. CA-HAWK AULA aircraft is designed to comply with the DS-10141 Canadian design standard for Advanced Ultra Light Aircraft.
